How to Begin Service ⤵️
Before you place an order, there are a few things to know and decision to be made:
ABOUT THE WORK 🎨
Each commission includes a hand-drawn work and digital illustration.
The hand-drawn works are ink and color gel on cut vellum fixed on 8x5x11" card stock
The digital illustration is square format 4x4" 300dpi
🤳PICKING YOUR PHOTO(S)
Pictures work in wonderful ways to commemorate important life moments. Kids, vacations, holidays, mom's hands, dad's chair...no mater what the photo is of, often pictures come to mean more for what they represent or they make you feel. In fact, I bet there are a few photos in your phone, right now, that you are thinking of that mean something extra special to you...these are the photos that work best.
Once you have decided on the photo(s) you would like to transform, keep them handy.
FRAMED OR UNFRAMED 🖼️
You have the option of commissioning drawings unframed on 8x5x11" card stock or framed (with a few size and color choices.)
This decision is made at the point of order BEFORE you submit photos.
🧑🏻💻CONFIRMATION and SUBMISSION
Because of the custom nature of the work, I will confirm every order placed via email.
Once the order is confirmed, I will initiate the submission process. I will also be available for photo selection and editing assistance.
MAKING ✍🏻
Once I receive the photos, it typically takes 2 weeks to make and ship.
The hand-made charm and humanity of the work may include small wrinkles, folds and smudges.
